Hello from Bucharest!
September 24, 2025

The Counter-Strike squad arrived in Romania yesterday evening, ready to attend their first LAN event – DraculaN #2 – with the new roster.

Ahmed “abdi” Abdi, Isak “isak” Fahlén, Lucas “L00m1” Haukland and Jack “Jackinho “Ström Mattsson arrived first, getting the first glance at the four-star hotel in central Bucharest. After a cancelled flight from Copenhagen, duo Nicolas “Plopski” Gonzalez Zamora and Liam “MaiL09” Tügel arrived later than expected, however conveniently timed with the arrival of Assistant Coach Miguel “ner0” Videira and Metizport CEO Arjan Sydhagen Dalsøren. As the evening hours came along, the whole team was finally gathered in the Romanian capital and had a well-needed team dinner together.

MaiL09 was locked in when the team tried out the PCs at the venue

With Metizport starting in the Playoffs of DraculaN #2, we had no official matches today (the 24th) which offered a great opportunity for the new roster to get to know each other better, as well some media training for newcomer MaiL09 as the team tried out Metizport’s new match jerseys.

DraculaN #2 will be the first LAN event representing Metizport for Assistant Coach ner0 (in the featured image) and MaiL09. For In-Game leader Jackinho, it will be the first offline event of his second stint under Metizport’s banner, as the 26-year-old previously represented the team for a year between 2023 and 2024.

The squad did check out the venue today though, Nexus Gamers Pub, doing some necessary setup and getting the feel for the computers. Tomorrow showtime starts at 12:00 local time, 11:00 CEST, but the boys will be there at least an hour before to prepare. Make sure to stay updated on the “Matches” tab so you don’t miss out on the action!
