Today the last player in the VALORANT roster, SEIDER, officially leaves Metizport.
After only fifteen days on the bench, we have mutually agreed with our VALORANT In-Game Leader Mathias “SEIDER” Seider to release him from all obligations in Metizport.
After the VALORANT roster failed to make it to VCT Ascension EMEA 2025, the end-goal for the entire project this year, an agreement was made with four players as well as the Head Coach to terminate their contracts early in order to allow these individuals to explore other paths inside or outside the VALORANT scene.
SEIDER was the only player to remain on the bench, a mutual decision between Metizport and the Dane. However, after further reflection from the 24-year-old, he has expressed his wish to also cease all obligations with the club and become a free agent with immediate effect.

SEIDER during the Grand Finals of Glitched Invitational 2025
Mathias was an instrumental part of Metizport from the very beginning of the year. Under his leadership the team most notably won Glitched Invitational 2025 and 40,000 SEK in Jönköping after beating Formulation Gaming 2-0 in the Grand Finals in front of a live crowd. Seider had a very active role in the team both inside and outside the server, and the work he put in was a big factor in the squad’s performance throughout their eight-month season. He was a vocal player who managed his men with professionalism and composure at all times, even in the tightest of situations. Despite adversities in Stage 2 of VCL (where burzzy had to leave the team and Czester took his place) Mathias kept his head high and put his trust in the team for the remainder of the season.
Even though in the end the crew were unable to reach Ascension, we are very happy to have worked with SEIDER for over eight months and wish him all the luck in the world in whatever he decides to focus on going forward. With Mathias leaving Metizport, we are standing empty-handed for next year’s edition of VALORANT Challengers and will assess the capacity in which we will work with the title in 2026.
