After the benching of Jackinho, we can today announce that Peter “stanislaw” Jarguz will step into the Swede’s shoes and represent Metizport in the upcoming $30k LAN.

The 31-year-old Canadian has arrived in Sweden and linked up with the rest of the team ahead of the 14-team offline event in Stockholm. With Metizport’s matches starting tomorrow at 12:00 CET, Vincent “vinS” Jozefiak, who will reunite with his old Wildcard teammate after five months separated, will partake in media activities today together with the team, as well as PC setup and warmup at the venue. 

This is the first time since 2023 that Metizport will not boast with the Swedish flag next to the team, as Jackinho’s exit from the active line-up will cease a run of over 2,5 years with a Swedish core. stanislaw’s attendance in Stockholm will be impactful in many ways, and despite limited practice together with the team we hope his experience can help us reach a great result in the tournament.
