Metizport’s CS2 Team Selected to Represent Sweden at the World Championships in Riyadh

Metizport is proud to announce that our main Counter-Strike 2 team has been selected to represent Sweden at the World Championships in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, taking place from November 11th to 19th. The team is made up of some of Sweden’s most talented players, including Plopski, Nilo, AdamB, Shine, and L00m1, led by our skilled head coach Ahmed “Abdi” Abdi.

Sweden enters the tournament as the defending champion after last year’s victory, where both Adam and Plopski, along with coach Abdi, played crucial roles. Former Metizport players Jackinho and ZTR were also part of the winning team. With high ambitions to reclaim the title, the team is well-prepared to face the world’s best and compete for the impressive prize pool of $240,000.

Our players will head to Saudi Arabia shortly after completing the Svenska Cupen in Stockholm, held from November 7th to 9th. While this will be a busy period for the team, they are ready for the challenges ahead and look forward to representing Sweden on the world stage.

We are grateful for the invaluable support and collaboration with the Swedish e-sports federation, which has made this journey possible.
