The Academy team was first invited to the first volume of Justice Cup, held between November 27 and December 3 last year, where they failed to make it out of the group stage with a 1-2 w/l ratio.
While they did not receive an invite to the second volume, the interest for Metizport X in the online tournament has proven to be rather substantial as they were given spots in the third volume (where they finished top 12) and now, only eight days after the previous installment finished, the organizer has once again given the Swedish-Norwegian squad a chance to play.
In a Twitter post, Justice Cup announced the fourth edition of the tournament, as well as the news that they have partnered with AutoSL, a “German dealer of luxury cars”. Along with a $10,000 prize pool for the 16 teams attending, the level of the attending squads is at an all-time high.
The attending teams divided into their respective groups
Metizport X will be starting in Group D along Team Next Level, KONO.ECF and ALTERNATE aTTAX. Other notable teams in attendance include Nexus Gaming, Eternal Fire Academy, ENCE Academy, G2 Ares and Preasy Esport.
Our opening match is set to start on Wednesday. Stay updated!
