Metizport invited to $30,000 Galaxy Battle 2025 Starter Playoffs

Metizport’s Counter-Strike squad is back in business next Wednesday in a $30,000 online tournament called Galaxy Battle 2025 Starter.

The tournament started already back on March 11th, where 16 teams were set to work their way through the Swiss Group Stage. Ten days later there are only two rounds left to decide which teams will make it to the Playoffs.

Metizport received a direct invite to the Playoffs due to being among the higher ranked teams invited to the competition. Nexus Gaming, Imperial Female, fnatic and Passion UA are some examples of teams that will join us in the Single Elimination bracket starting next Wednesday.

Galaxy Battle 2025 Starter is one of the more important tournaments for Metizport, given the current ranking of the team. Along with PGL Astana 2025 European Qualifier starting a day after, and the Closed Qualifier for YaLLa Compass Qatar 2025 starting on April 2, these competitions require good placements from us in order to gather enough VRS points for next month.
