forsyy: “I think we are improving every day”
February 8, 2026

David “forsyy” Bílý is the newest addition to the Counter-Strike team. The 24-year-old Czech AWPer has begun his second month in the roster, preparing with the rest of the squad for the next LAN event in Oslo, Norway – De_airport Masters. David spent almost half of January on the road, taking part in a bootcamp in Metizport’s headquarters and then attending his first LAN with the squad in Norrköping, Sweden, where the team finished top 8. As the team recovers and prepares for the next challenges ahead, we sat down for a quick chat with forsyy to talk about his first impressions in Metizport, the shift from Czech to Nordic CS, the challenges the team is facing right now, and more.

Hello David! You’ve now been part of Metizport for a little over a month. What have your first impressions been? And how was the bootcamp in Norway?

Impressions have been good. Players, staff and the organization have been very welcoming to me. The bootcamp in Norway was long, but I am glad I experienced something like this. Our results have not been what I expected, but I hope we will improve and start winning, I will give my best, thats for sure.

How has it been to shift from the national Czech & Slovakian scene to play in a majority-Swedish team like Metizport? Are there any differences in the team dynamic?

The atmosphere is much more positive, people are just from different culture here, you can clearly see it. Other than that, there are differences in the tactical aspect for sure, how people see the game, but it is something I expected and we are working really hard to be a good team and be on the same page. I think we improved after we came back from the bootcamp and LAN.

What challenges do you feel like the team is facing right now?

I think we are struggling on T sides a bit, because there is a lot of freedom and also we are struggling individually sometimes I feel like. We can win many more rounds if we play situations better, CS now is so much about being individually strong and I dont mean aim-wise. But how to solve situations like 3v3, 2v2, etc. Thats how you win games, because you win close rounds. And about the freedom, I am used to playing with an IGL who was micro-managing a lot and always had a plan, but I think we are improving every day here and we will just see how it will go. I believe in everyone in my team and the coach. So I just try my best and that’s it.

De_Airport Masters is coming up in Oslo, the team’s second LAN and likely another one of many events in the Nordic that the team will attend. What are your expectations?

I mean, we were not able to win a CCT game even, so I dont have big expectations. I just want us to play decent CS and not lose stupid rounds. If we are going to play like on practice, we can play some solid CS.

What are your goals for this year? Inside and outside Counter-Strike.

My goal is to become a solid top 50/40 VRS team, have good placements on LAN events, maybe even win some and I want to have a team that I will be proud of because of our tactical aspect, how we understand the game, each other, how we solve situations. I just want to have a strong team I will be proud of. And individually, I want to be a consistent strong player, emotionally and individually. Those are my goals.

Outside of Counter-Strike I want to stay fit, be disciplined and enjoy life a bit. Go to some nice vacation and have some nice memories in life. That’s it!
