Head Coach Vincent “vinS” Jozefiak and Assistant Coach Miguel “ner0” Videira have the entire roster gathered on the west coast of Norway for a 10-day bootcamp, polishing tactics, building a stronger foundation in the team, and revisiting obstacles from last year. The first half of January has been quiet for the team, with the newest addition of David “forsyy” Bílý officially joining the squad only two weeks ago.

The latter half of January will see a big shift and include two online tournaments in the form of European Pro League and Champions of Champions Tour (CCT) as well as LAN event United21 x Esplay Challenge in Norrköping, Sweden, to which the team is traveling on January 22nd directly from the bootcamp. The $10,000 LAN event will run from January 23-25 and feature 16 teams competing for the prize pool. On the evening of the 25th, after the LAN is over and while the team is still stationed in the Swedish city, they will also play their opening match in CCT. Traveling back home on the 26th, they will continue their online presence in both European Pro League and CCT from the 27th and forward.
It’s a busy time ahead for the boys. But they are all ready for it, eager to grind their way back up to a higher spot on the global ranking. With Metizport currently ranked 79th in the world, the goal is to make it back up to ~30 which was the team’s peak back in April of 2025 when they qualified for the $1,25M Major in Austin.

You will be able to see more content from the bootcamp as the week progresses, but there are already sneak peeks on TikTok, Instagram and X. Our opening match in European Pro League is scheduled for January 17th. Stay tuned!
