Metizport will continue fielding a roster in VALORANT for the fourth year in a row, picking the ball up from where we left it last year. In 2025 we were unable to reach our goal of qualifying to Ascension, but our squad still had several memorable finishes. For instance, they stood victorious in Jönköping at Glitched Invitational 2025 after beating Formulation Gaming 2-0 and claiming 40,000 SEK ($4,335).
In 2026 we will continue competing in VCL NORTH//EAST and believe we have secured a team fit for the task of making headlines. Led by In-Game leader Tyler “foxie” Lowton from UK and with Alexander “alexRr” Frisch from Germany as a Head Coach, the foundation for the line-up is firm and structured. Both Lowton and Frisch have years of top level experience; the latter spent the entirety of 2024 in Asia as part of Disguised, dominating the Malaysia and Singapore region, but returned to Europe in the second half of 2025 to lead Enterprise Esports, the one team from NORTH//EAST that ended up making it to Ascension. foxie will continue in the Northern regions of Europe since his return in July 2025 – before that he spent several splits in the France region during 2023, 2024 and 2025 with numerous top finishes.
In addition to foxie and alexRr, the remaining four players are Poles Tselmeg “xuss” Tsolmon & Jasiek “jass” Nieliwodzki, Russian Yaroslav “Jady” Nikolaev and Ukranian Vladyslav “Kiles” Shvets. xuss comes from a brilliant run in the DACH region of VCL under teams such as MOUZ and FOKUS. Jady has numerous tier1 experience from both NiP and Natus Vincere. Both jas and Kiles had an incredible season in 2025 under Enterprise, winning both Split 2 and 3 and running away with the 1st place in Stage 2 EMEA, which gave them a ticket to Ascension that year.
We are incredibly thrilled to have these names under the Metizport banner and look forward to seeing them on the server. With Metizport making it to Playoffs in last year’s final split, we are already guaranteed a spot in both the Kickoff and Stage 1 this year. The Kickoff starts on January 22nd, so that’s when the team will have their debut!
Metizport’s Sports Director Morten Vollan Christensen shares his thoughts on the roster:
“We are extremely excited about the roster we have assembled for the upcoming season. Several of these players have been on our radar for a long time, and with recent changes in the VALORANT ecosystem, the timing finally aligned to bring this group together. This roster provides a strong platform to compete, perform, and showcase quality at a high level. We see significant potential in this lineup, and we firmly believe that together we have what it takes to achieve our goals this season.”
Furthermore, we would like to be transparent about our agreement. Given the caliber of these players and their goals as both a team and as individuals, we will do our best to accomodate and provide them with the best path forward, but we will not stand in the way of any individual in the team if an offer they feel is better aligned with their long-term visions appears.
One more time: Metizport’s new VALORANT roster will be:
Tyler “foxie” Lowton
Tselmeg “xuss” Tsolmon
Yaroslav “Jady” Nikolaev
Vladyslav “Kiles” Shvets
Jasiek “jass” Nieliwodzki
