This Sunday the Counter-Strike squad is back on the server.

Jackinho and the team has returned home from Oslo and De_Airport Masters where they finished second place, and has spent the past five days recovering and practicing for upcoming action by the end of this weekend. Metizport has received the first direct Playoffs-invite since autumn last year, a sign that the team’s ranking is getting healthier. Jackinho will lead his men through Exort Meteor Season 2 with a prize pool of $10,000 – $5,000 awarded to the winner – and the 26-year-old captain will be able to watch from the sidelines as the other teams fight through the Group Stage, while Metizport will begin the tournament run in the Playoffs stage, the last 16 teams of the tournament, starting March 1st.

On top of Exort Meteor, we’re back competing in Champions of Champions Tour (CCT), this time in the 17th edition starting on Sunday or Monday, meaning there will be two tournaments overlapping each other going into next week – guaranteed action every day! CCT #17 has a prize pool of $50,000 with $22,000 going to first place and Metizport will start in the Group Stage as usual, having to win three matches to advance to the next stage, Playoffs. Last time the team competed in a CCT was right before De_Airport Masters in Oslo, where the roster made it all the way to the quarterfinals and taking home $2,000.

As usual, you can stay updated on Metizport’s matches from the frontpage or under “Schedule”.
